Delivery Area:
- Riequip delivers products anywhere in Australia* - (Subject to conditions).
- International shipping is available. Please send enquiry via the enquiry form to make special arrangements.
- We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Aus Post Parcel Collect Addresses or Parcel Lockers.
- Delivery charges are calculated depending on the delivery postcode and the weight and dimensions of the products in your basket. We use a combination of different couriers in order to provide you with a fast and affordable service.
- We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days. In the unusual event of a delay to the despatch of your order you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity.
- Riequip does not include insurance as part of any product purchased, this will need to be organised by the customer.
- Riequip does not accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
- We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.
